Quality Hill Resort

Wendy, the property manager, was extremely helpful and nice. She shared lots of information about the property and nearby area. The resort also sells firewood at a very reasonable price, which made it easy to stay warm by the wood-burning fireplace on cold winter days. We hadn’t planned on a ski vacation in Arizona, but ended up skiing at nearby Sunrise Park Ski Resort. The villas are open and spacious, with a big kitchen and dining area, a great living room, comfortable beds, and laundry facilities. Definitely recommend!

It’s so nice having a grill, and the kitchen is well equipped, so you don’t have to eat out all the time. There are plenty of tasty restaurants nearby too. Hiking and fishing are close by, and the natural surroundings are beautiful. The rooms were kept so clean and nice. It was a relaxing, comfortable stay.

We’d book this resort again. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and the resort gives coupons for 10% off at several. Safeway is close too. There are no timeshare sales, so nobody will accost you to attend a sales meeting. Our spotless two-bedroom, two-bath unit had an attached garage, which was especially helpful since it snowed the day before we arrived. The second bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. The kitchen was the best equipped we’ve ever seen in a timeshare, and the appliances looked new. It had plenty of towels, extra blankets, kitchen linens, bath rugs, and a hairdryer. There’s also a washer and dryer, which we didn’t use. The comfortable king bed, well-insulated rooms, and up-to-date TVs were great. We turned the baseboard heaters down even though it was very cold outside. Wi-Fi worked well inside, though cell reception wasn’t great. There’s a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, but using the provided wood costs extra. The small deck has a gas grill and seating for two, not a whole family. Dish soap and coffee filters are supplied, but bring spices, including salt and pepper, and your own coffee or tea if you plan to cook.

Tucked among the pine trees, this is a beautiful place with everything you need to feel comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils.
