I’m a travel nurse and stayed here for three months, every other week. I even started bringing my own light bulbs to replace ones that were out or missing. There was a roof leak, and when I called Danny about it, his attitude made it sound like I should expect the roof to leak because it was raining. I work night shifts and sleep during the day, but housekeeping kept slamming doors, and the do not disturb signs didn’t stop them from knocking. Danny, the manager, acted like guests paying to stay were an inconvenience and genuinely didn’t care. The online photos are wildly misleading. The place is run-down, badly maintained, and not prepared to host guests. This was one of my worst hotel experiences, and I’ve had a lot. I won’t return. Stay somewhere else and save your money, time, and sanity.

The breakfast and location were the only tolerable parts. There are lots of restaurants and other places nearby, though if you want to stay in this area, I’d choose the Holiday Inn across the street. The rooms had badly stained carpets, and some towels were stained too. Keys for many rooms didn’t work and had to be reactivated repeatedly. The hall smelled like someone was smoking pot in a room. My room had burned-out lights, and the mini fridge wasn’t even in its designated spot. I also found dirty used underwear, which made me wonder whether the room had really been cleaned and whether the hotel is maintained at all.

The workers were very nice, but that was the only good part. We checked in, found that the toilet and phone didn’t work, and saw how disgusting the carpet and the rest of the place were. We didn’t feel safe at all, so we checked out immediately. Do not stay here.

I’m here on a business trip, and I feel bad for the employees. People have found roaches in their rooms and beds, and there are stains all over the floors. The first floor smells like raw sewerage. There’s what looks like a bullet hole in the elevator, no inspection certificate there, and peeling hallway wallpaper stapled back onto the wall. I can’t understand the reviews giving this place more than one star. It’s absolutely disgusting and needs to be torn down. Stay away. You’d be safer sleeping in your car.
