Beachcomber Inn

We stayed two nights at the BeachComber and would definitely return. Johnny, the hotel manager, gave us top-notch service. The rooms were very clean, with hardwood floors and tiled bathrooms, and the location was amazing, within walking distance of everything Pismo has to offer.

The room was spotless, which matters a lot to me. I usually clean up when I arrive, but didn’t need to here. I was impressed with the property and the manager on site. He lets you know he’s available if your room needs anything, and the rooms are well furnished with lots of thoughtful amenities. The beach and pier are a short walk away, and having private parking on the property was great. I spent two nights here, and the whole experience, from check-in through checkout, was excellent.

For the price, the quality here is incredible. The bed was more comfortable than one I’ve had at a five-star hotel, and the furniture has a cute, quaint bed-and-breakfast feel. There’s even an adorable little electric/gas fireplace heater. The bathroom was modern and super clean, and the staff working during our stay were friendly and helpful. The ice machine and water fountain were a big plus for those of us who drink water like fish. I’d give it five stars across the board. This isn’t some cheap beach-town motel.

The Innkeeper was very kind and accommodating. I had a spacious, very clean room with a king bed, coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. It’s a nice little inn in downtown Pismo Beach, within walking distance of the beach and all the downtown activities.
