Valentina #301 1 Bedroom Condo by Redawning

The ocean setting was a nice break for us, and we had a relaxing, wonderful time at the Valentina Suite in Pismo Beach. We enjoyed walking to the beaches and nearby restaurants, and spent time with friends too. We’re looking forward to visiting again.

The check-in and checkout instructions were very thorough, and the three bedroom rental worked perfectly for our family of six. The house seemed practically brand new and had what we needed, even a water dispenser in the fridge. Everything was within walking distance. My only complaint is that it took more than a week to get the deposit back.

The location was terrific, and we liked having separate rooms for the price of a hotel. Our three bedroom had a great layout, comfortable beds, and lovely private parking. We enjoyed the place overall and would book it again, but would ask for the floors to be properly cleaned. They were extremely dirty, like they hadn’t been mopped in a while. Our two year old, our socks, and our feet all made that obvious. The mattress pads also ran a little hot, and the living room could use a real couch. The two futons weren’t comfortable for sitting around. It wasn’t clear where to pick up the keys, either. There are no cribs for traveling families. I checked other reviews and confirmed that with the vacation rental company, so we brought our own.

The owner and sons were kind and quick to respond, and I felt safe during my stay. My furnished suite had everything I needed, was very clean, and had a comfortable bed. The secured covered parking was great. It’s only a couple of blocks from the beach, with lots of food and shops nearby. I’d definitely stay at Valentina Suites again.
