The venue has a nice rustic feel, and I thought it was okay. But several appliances weren’t working, and some fireplaces were putting out too much carbon monoxide. There was a wedding scheduled, yet nobody seemed to have tried to clean up the outdoor area. They need to spend more time maintaining the facilities. Keep expectations low if you stay here.

We celebrated our marriage here with family for four days and three nights. The place made a great first impression, but as the stay went on, we found a lot that hadn’t been maintained. It was clean and things were in order, though several TVs didn’t work, some remotes were broken, bricks had come off the fireplace, and toilet paper holders were loose from the walls. The hot tubs weren’t working or hot, either, and termites were gathering around the windows. Would I still recommend it? Yes, all in all, but the upkeep needs to improve for guests to have a better experience.

Our family reunion had 40 people, little ones included, and there was space for everyone. The theatre, game rooms, hot tubs, and balconies with those amazing views gave the different age groups plenty to enjoy. Barb helped us with reservations and questions, and Melanie was great when maintenance questions came up. We’d absolutely come back! This was our second booking with The Cabin Rental Store, and we love the whole team. Rebecca & The Worthen Family!

My sister got married here, and the whole weekend was beautiful. I loved the views from the rooms, and the place was accessible for people with disabilities, including an elevator to the other floors. I really enjoyed my time there.
