The AC has been broken for two years, and no air comes through the bedroom vent. Utilities can run about $250, with parking costing another $220 or more on top of rent. They also remove bad reviews to keep the rating up.

If you want to give your dog a good walk, this PMC property is well placed for Point State Park and some great routes. From 201, head right outside, then follow Blvd of the Allies toward the park. There’s lots of grass and room to roam, and the walk itself is a good distance for both you and your pup. The fountain and the Block House are worth exploring too. Going into town is fine, but there are more people and distractions, with less grass. In the lobby, elevators, and halls, check around corners and give other dogs a moment to pass. It helps keep everyone safe and your blood pressure down. The building works well for cats too.

I’ve tried to use the gym, but nobody told me where it is, and I couldn’t find that information online either.
