The room had been redone and was fine, but the elevator and hallways were pretty worn. Breakfast tasted good, though the cleaning crew had parked a mop bucket right beside the coffee station, which wasn't great. The soft drink vending machine was out of order.

My review was about the property's overall condition and what a colleague experienced while staying there on a work trip. Suggesting publicly that I behaved abusively, when I did not, is unprofessional and has nothing to do with my stay. Please remove or edit the reply so it reflects the situation accurately. Guests should be able to share honest feedback without being described inaccurately.

The place itself was clean and relaxing, and my husband found the overnight employee helpful. The laundry attendant was all smiles, friendly, and welcoming, honestly more welcoming than the front desk. Those staff members were the bright spots. At the desk, nobody said hi or welcomed us. They just looked down and talked among themselves like they weren't on the job.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The two main managers were disrespectful, rude, and arrogant, and their handling of problems only made things worse instead of fixing them. Service overall was extremely poor and unprofessional. The hotel will keep failing while they remain in charge, and they should be fired immediately.
