The staff were a mixed bag: two of the three desk employees were courteous and helpful, including the woman who looked into the duplicate charge the next day. I had booked and paid on Priceline with my debit card, but at check-in a man said I still owed money and ran the card for almost the full amount. He then said it hadn't gone through and needed to try again. I checked with my bank and showed him the payment had processed. By Tuesday, after raising it on Saturday, I still hadn't received the refund. Other parts of the stay were mediocre. The pool and hot tub were both lukewarm, and the shower was only enclosed on one side, so water splashed out. The shower head felt like it was pelting me with needles. Housekeeping never came to empty the garbage or bring fresh towels, which was especially disappointing since the room had a kitchen for preparing meals. I was in Pittsburgh for a romantic weekend with my honey, but we ran into these problems.

It's a beautiful, very clean property, and the staff were kind and helpful with ideas for things to do. The location is close to everything but set back from the road, so it stays quiet. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit in the evening and will stay again.

This was the worst hotel stay I've had. I was in Room 418 from March 13-14, 2026, and staff handled an incident at the hot tub very poorly. I was made to leave while my two kids were still enjoying it, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I also called the front desk to request a blanket and a pillow. They said they'd bring them, but neither arrived. I opened case 82212506 with Marriott Customer Support and spoke with Carlos Quinteros. I expect management to thoroughly review what happened and offer a proper resolution. Given the experience, I think a full refund should be considered. I challenge the owner and management to review the events from that date and respond appropriately.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. This is a decent place to stay near the airport if you need a quiet break, but getting to any conveniences means taking a car because the hotel is somewhat removed from things. I'd give the location 3.5 if Google allowed half stars, but not a 4.
