I walked in and immediately felt something was badly wrong. The room was neglected, dirty, and run down. The bathtub was cracked, the fridge and microwave were rusty and grimy, and the stained lampshades were yellowed. The AC didn’t work, leaving the room hot and stuffy. The mattress had disturbing stains that looked like mold or bodily fluids; the sheets had burn marks, the blankets were filthy, and the headboard was stained. The room smelled of cigarettes, the lamps didn’t work, the walls had odd shiny marks, and there were hardly any outlets I could use. It all felt unsafe and unsanitary, with no sign of proper cleaning or maintenance. They also rent rooms for long stays, which seems to add to the grime and poor upkeep. The owners seem to care more about making money from a rundown dump than fixing it or looking after guests. No one should have to stay in conditions like these. The place needs to be reported and inspected, and shut until it’s livable. Stay somewhere else.
