I had an emergency early in the morning and booked a room because I needed somewhere to sleep. When I arrived, a grumpy man opened the door and didn't answer my greeting. He treated me badly and said I couldn't go to the room until check-in at 2 PM. I explained what had happened, but he still refused to let me in. Afterward, I tried calling and emailing to ask about a refund or using the room another time. They never replied to my emails or offered any solution. I do not recommend this place.

Diane, one of the workers, was very nice. This is definitely a top 10 hotel for me, whether you're taking a trip to the berkshires with kids or coming to enjoy some time with your intimate partner. The hot dog ranch right next to the motel is fun, too, and the hotel is a good place to go afterward. The 9 foot pool can be dangerous for small children, though. My son Quinton had a little incident because he didn't want to wear his flotation device. Apart from that, it's a very nice place.

For an overnight stop, this place was a good deal. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it looked like it had been renovated. There's also a liquor store right at the foot of the driveway, which is convenient.

The room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, which was a plus. But the hotel advertised a continental breakfast for guests from May through September, and it wasn't available. That was disappointing, since breakfast was why I chose this hotel.

I arrived for work at 1:30am 12/1/2025, and they wanted $100 for me to stay until checkout at 11am 12/1/2025. To stay any longer, I'd have to pay for two days. So I'm sleeping in my truck.
