The location was the only good thing, and the maintenance guy was cool. I feel bad that he has to work for a company that doesn't care for the property. We had to switch rooms three times because of a broken AC and a broken bed. The carpets were dirty, and the lobby and hallways reeked of pot smoke. Our shower curtain smelled moldy, and the mattresses were badly stained. Breakfast was just coffee, bagels, green bananas, and muffins, with very limited choices. Some of the people staying there seemed questionable to me, including women with body parts hanging out and men who smoked heavily. This is a motel, not a hotel, and we don't plan to return. Stay if you dare.

Room 216 was across from the elevators. The heater was extremely loud, and the neighboring Hotel guests knocked on our door asking us to turn it off. The toilet didn't work, and there was mold inside when I opened it to flush. I went to the lobby to report the problems, but they said there was nothing they could do, even though the hotel was empty and had no customers. We had just one towel for two people. When I went down for shampoo, conditioner, soap, sugar, and another towel, they said they were going out of business and had no supplies left. They wouldn't let me cancel or refund me despite the room being in such disrepair. They ruined my birthday and wasted my money. I wish I could show you the video. I'm posting this months later, and the hotel is still open, so they never did close like they told me.

We booked this place because it allowed pets and had a pool for our young kids, but the pool was closed. The room smelled like an ashtray, which was especially awful because I was pregnant. The place was disgusting. When I asked the front desk for more towels, they sent me to the laundry room to get them myself. I wasn't expecting the Hilton, but that was the last straw. I got so angry with the service that we left early. It needs to be burned down.

We had to wait for the room while someone finished cleaning it, and the job was very poor. There was a wrapper in the sink, shampoo bottles behind the toilet, and the shower wasn't very clean. The cabinet top was sticky, and the TV was on. The hallways were dirty and smelled of alcohol. People were smoking weed by the front door, and homeless people and prostitutes were waiting in the lobby. Police were there and told us it wasn't a safe hotel, saying they came around 3 or more times a night. I don't recommend it.

It's dated, but clean and not musty. I always look for bugs wherever I stay, and I didn't find any here. The staff were pleasant, and the breakfast was decent. This isn't a five-star hotel, but it beat my expectations based on the reviews. I'll stay again when I come for a game.
