Was visiting Rochester and suddenly had nowhere to stay. This happened in 2023, and I still have ptsd from what your unethical staff member did. I had to fight to get my prepaid room money back, more than $900. I've never been asked to leave a hotel before, and I haven't stayed at any Hilton since. I'm done giving this brand my money. The whole experience was awful, especially the staff. There were emergency alarms telling everyone to evacuate, and they knew heavy construction was underway. Nobody mentioned it at check-in or gave me the safety plan for disabled guests, even though they knew I have service animals and trouble walking. After it was deemed safe, my key cards failed and locked me out of my own room. I went to the front desk for new cards and asked what was happening, including how disabled guests were supposed to follow a separate safety plan when no one had given me one. The manager had just come on shift and hadn't been there for the earlier events, but got extremely aggressive and threatening while other people watched. I said that wasn't okay and looked to the man behind me, who was just as shocked. About 30 minutes later, police showed up at my door. They lied to get into the room, said management had called about a customer disturbance, and forced me to leave. I had to carry my things out because they thought it was taking too long. To the unhinged, sadistic, lying manager, I hope you meet yourself in someone else. You don't deserve a customer service job. In response to the edit: you don't get my time on the phone. You're lucky I didn't file a lawsuit. What happened felt illegal and abusive.

I travel for business and stay in a lot of hotels, and the care from the staff here really stood out. Communication was AMAZING. I had a special request today, and Samantha and Skylar were incredibly quick to respond and hospitable. The property is bright and clean, and it's clear the staff care about guests. I'm lucky to have this Hilton Garden Inn in my territory. Many thanks to everyone!

We spent three nights here and would happily return. Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel, and the lobby's water and hot drink stations stayed well stocked. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The bed was great, and the bathroom was fantastic, especially the hot shower with strong water pressure.

The suite we had for the night before and the night of our wedding was beautiful, and it felt like a home away from home. We could bring our two pups, which was lovely. The food, service, décor, and staff were all perfect, and the hotel itself was STUNNING. If you're planning a wedding and want a relaxed day where you can simply show up and enjoy the bliss, you NEED to book here. It's the venue I'd recommend.

The hotel was clean, but we had several frustrating problems. Around 7pm, I think, we found that the microwave wasn't working. It took 24 hours to get a replacement. Later I asked at the front desk for a couple of extra towels and was told there was a shortage. The staff member added our room number to a list, but the towels never arrived. On our last morning, around 3am maybe, we ran out of toilet paper and couldn't find a spare roll anywhere. I've never run out of toilet paper at a nice hotel. It was disappointing, and next time we'll try the nearby sister hotel.
