The service met all my expectations, and it’s a handy base for Disneyland, about a 16-minute Uber ride that cost roughly $26. I stayed in Room 502, where the layout matched the pictures and the room was clean. The scent was overpowering when I first walked in. The bed was a little firm, but I still slept soundly. The bathroom could use some maintenance: the faucet felt loose, and hot water took a while to reach the shower. Nice sunset, too.

We had a lovely stay, with great service and friendly staff. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is that someone stole the water pipes, so we were without water for half a day. It’s happened before, too.

The room design was the worst I’ve had at a Marriott. Lights operated on sensors and shut off if you didn’t move around, so you couldn’t just relax. The staff were unfriendly, and I had to call repeatedly for more than 10 minutes before the front desk picked up.

I work in the area often and keep choosing this hotel because of the staff. They go out of their way to make my stays enjoyable. Jaime has accommodated last-minute changes to my stays more than once, and Mallory, Erica, and Daniel are always pleasant and make me feel welcome when I arrive. They’re the reason I come back time after time.

The rooms are clean and meet Marriott standards. The front desk and other staff were kind and greeted me on arrival. It’s just minutes from downtown Fullerton.
