The breakfast was decent, though the mini fridge was locked, so we couldn’t get yogurt or milk for the cereal. The pool was small but nice, and staying open until 10 p.m. meant we could use it after work. I was here on an extended work trip with a group for three weeks. Our room was never cleaned during that time. They took out the trash and sometimes brought fresh towels, but didn’t make the beds, change the sheets, or vacuum or mop the floors. One front desk worker was quite rude and abrupt when we were only asking about the area.

My husband was bitten by bed bugs during our family stay, and we had our three-month-old baby with us. We didn’t notice the bites until we were on the way home, so there was no chance to report them at the front desk while we were there. I contacted the hotel afterward, but they refused a refund or any resolution because we hadn’t reported it during the stay. As someone who travels often, I found that very disappointing and concerning, especially with an infant along. I won’t stay here again.

We’ve stayed here quite often, but room 120 was the worst one we’ve had. We arrived on January 21st and checked out this morning. The tub was cracked, paint was peeling, and the shower head was so dirty and clogged that barely any water came out. The toilet button was broken too. The woman who checked us in seemed irritated and was talking on her phone. I hope management makes this right. I have photos of the issues.

I had to find another hotel for the night after the supposed owner refused to let me stay and demanded paperwork for my service animal. I told the employee I had a service animal at check-in, and they asked for documentation. Under ADA and government law, they can’t ask for that; there are only two questions they’re allowed to ask. I asked for a manager to sort it out, but the person said he was the owner, claimed he knew the law, and still insisted on paperwork. I’m furious and have requested a refund. Don’t stay here, whether for a trip or one night. I’ll be contacting Choice hotel and ADA about this.
