The staff were kind and kept checking that we were doing okay, and upgrading our room for our honeymoon was a thoughtful surprise. The hotel was clean and comfortable for the price, and they took care of us as soon as we arrived. The upgraded room's jacuzzi gave us peaceful time together after long days out. It was in perfect view of the TV, so we could relax and watch a movie while soaking. The heated pool area was clean and a nice place to unwind too. I also liked that the TVs are reset every day, so people won't accidentally leave their streaming accounts logged in after checkout. Breakfast was about what you'd expect from a hotel, not terrible but nothing exciting, maybe a 3/10 for us. We did run into a few issues: the electrical outlet was damaged and unusable, the mini fridge had no freezer section, and the water pressure was unbelievably strong. Flushing felt like the toilet might pull you in if you stood nearby, the sink could sandblast you if turned on too fast, and the shower seemed strong enough to cut steel. We laughed, but it might be worth adjusting for future guests. We're grateful for the staff's kindness during such an important trip, and for making our honeymoon peaceful and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, and it was quiet enough to sleep, but I found this place disgusting and badly maintained for the price. There were boogers and other bodily fluids on the walls, and the cleaning seemed nonexistent. The elevator was filthy and looked like it hadn't been mopped in a long time. The closet door was broken and wouldn't stay shut, and several room fixtures didn't work. Dog waste covered the side walkway. Breakfast was barely edible: low-quality bread, powdered eggs, and coffee that tasted like flavored water. Pleasant employees can't make up for what felt like a health hazard. Avoid this location until they put money into basic sanitation and maintenance.

The toilet wouldn't flush and then overflowed, with water all over the place, so we were moved to another room. I asked the manager on the third floor to take care of our clothes and give us one night free. Instead, we were arrested and he walked off. Absolutely terrible service.

The front desk staff were really friendly and patient with the kids. Rooms were clean, and housekeeping was available if we asked. Our main gripe was the lack of TV programs suitable for children.
