Everyone was so friendly, and the rooms smelled fresh and lovely. I enjoyed chatting with the sweet woman working in the breakfast area. I’ll definitely stay here again.

This place is trash unless you’re a drunk or pothead. There were empty beer cases in the walkways and people smoking pot outside rooms everywhere. I can’t stand the smell. Staff said they charge an extra $100, not just put a hold on it, because they expect guests to steal things. So plan on the room costing twice as much. They said it would take a few days to get the money back, but my credit union told me it could take one to two weeks since the amount was actually charged. The bank also confirmed that hotels do this so they can use the cash to operate and collect interest before returning it. I’m a Choice Platinum member and I’ll never come back to this dump.

It’s a discount hotel, so keep your expectations realistic. Still, the service was awesome. Brenda, who cleaned the tables at the breakfast buffet, was so nice and fun to talk with.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you expect to get what you paid for. The room cost $132 for one night and wasn’t properly cleaned. Someone else’s socks were behind the bathroom door, there were no washcloths, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty. I asked for refills, but was told housekeeping had the key and wouldn’t come in until my husband and I were leaving, so that was no help. We only stayed one night in the half-cleaned room, but I also had to pay a $200 deposit that I never got back. A week later I was charged another $132, the exact room price, which overdrew my account. Since I’m on a fixed income and get paid once a month, the extra daily overdraft fees are serious, and I may lose my next check to them. When I first called, the front desk woman was rude. She said, “I don’t know what to tell you I’m not the manager and the way it looks from my side you weren’t charged two times so I can’t give any money back.” I emailed the company a screenshot of my bank statement and asked for the manager. The woman said she’d have the manager call, but no one did. I waited, hoping the duplicate charge and deposit would be refunded, but nothing came back. When I called again, the manager said the duplicate $132 charge was their mistake and they’d refund it, but not the deposit. I still don’t understand why the room cost the same after the condition we found it in. She said the reversal would happen right away and take a day or so, but five days later I still had no money back. I called again, and was told the manager was never there. If you don’t want to pay more than the room is worth or risk being overcharged and losing your deposit, stay somewhere else.
