Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center

After my heart procedure, Mogan at the front desk went out of the way to make my recovery days comfortable. My family and I were in town for the procedure at Baylor Scott and White heart hospital, about 15 minutes away by a convenient route. The room I first booked wasn’t available, but the staff made things right given the circumstances. Everyone was kind and caring, the amenities were great, and we’ll be back.

Our guests had a wonderful weekend, and the hotel worked perfectly as a home base for all our wedding events. The team was attentive with coordinating details and made everyone feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were great, and service was top-notch. From check-in through check-out, the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. We’re so grateful to Marriott for hosting our wedding party all weekend and helping everything run smoothly. Thanks to the whole team for making it such a success. We’d highly recommend this hotel for a group stay or special event.

The valet experience left a bitter taste and made for a horrible start to our stay. We waited 10 minutes because nobody was at the stand when we arrived. When MICHAEL finally came over, he was aggressive and had a terrible attitude. We tried to explain that we wanted valet but no one had been there, and he cut us off with, “WELL I’M HERE NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT?” His voice sounded full of anger and hate. We drove away and parked ourselves. I wouldn’t trust him with my belongings, much less my car keys. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you’re hispanic/latino, and would say not to use the valet. My family and I talked with other latino families who said they’d had similar experiences with this rude man. I wouldn’t be surprised if others came forward too. It’s a shame, because the hotel itself is so nice. I expect a higher standard of service from Marriott. How can guests be treated that way?

We came to Plano for a family member’s heart procedure and stayed here so they could recover afterward. The staff understood why we were there and looked after my family member well, including providing a comfortable, spacious room to rest. I definitely recommend the hotel.
