La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas Plano West

The room was clean and really nice, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were warm and welcoming, and we got the best price in the area for sure. Everything about our stay was great, and we’ll definitely return.

When our other hotel cancelled at the last minute, this La Quinta came through. George at the front desk was kind and helped us out when we needed it. The hotel was nearly full, so we got one of the last rooms. It worked fine for a quick overnight sleep. The bathroom plumbing made the pipes very loud, and the walls are pretty thin, but otherwise we had a great stay.

The outside looks fine, but inside the hotel is extremely well maintained. The rooms are much bigger than at other La Quinta hotels I’ve stayed in. We had a double full bed on the third floor and really liked the room. Hot water matters a lot to me, and this was extra hot, just perfect. The AC worked well and wasn’t very loud. There’s a big parking lot. We didn’t have breakfast, but from what I could see, there was a variety of food. Ms. Norma checked us in with a great attitude, and she was very nice and polite. She also checked us out the next day while training a coworker, staying patient and kind with him. A great experience.

This is my favorite La Quinta location so far, and we always choose La Quinta when we travel to Dallas. The staff treated us like family, and the room was very clean. It was a quiet, peaceful, pleasant stay. The pool was huge and very clean, and breakfast had lots of options. The WiFi was a bit sketchy and cut off whenever we opened an app, but I’ll definitely be back. Thanks, La Quinta Staff :)
