Days Inn by Wyndham Dallas Plano

The staff were generally nice, though our arrival was a bit awkward. The room tag was almost tossed at us, and we had to ask where the room was and then where to find the elevator. The rooms were clean, but dated, and little things like mold at the bottom of the curtains took away from the stay.

The remodel looks fabulous, and the floors are amazing. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, with truly five-star service. Our room was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh, the sheets were soft and crisp, and everything worked properly.

I stay here often while planning trips, since I still have roots nearby, and I adore the place. The rooms are always nice, spacious, and have good-sized TVs. Breakfast is simple and quick. The staff are considerate, keep things comfortable and clean, don’t play loud music, and advocate for smoke-free rooms. Macy and Malein, the manager, are great. Sorry if I spelled that wrong. Thank you!

For a budget traveller, Days inn in Plano is a decent option. It’s got free parking and a very basic fitness room. The friendly staff made check-in quick and easy, and my clean, comfortable room had a comfy bed, flat screen TV, bar fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, and toiletries. I recommend it.
