We came with a large group for a work meeting, and the team gave us excellent service. One person had a stressful travel day and arrived late, but the front desk's friendly, positive attitude turned the day around for her. Everyone at the front desk and bar was helpful and welcoming. It was a refreshing stay, and I'd recommend this place to people or groups in the area.

For the price, this is a comfortable and dependable option for a business or leisure trip, and I'd gladly stay again or recommend it to visitors to Plano. The hotel felt welcoming from the moment I walked in, and it was clean, modern, and well maintained. Check-in was quick and smooth. Alijah the Asst. General Manager was friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed.

We picked this hotel for a girls' night out, with candlemaking and other plans near the Ford Center. It was quiet and out of the traffic, yet only a few minutes from the fun. Our rooms were immaculately clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Alijah went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome stay. I'm so glad we stayed here and will book again when we're in the area.

The hotel has a basic gym, and it's conveniently close to Legacy West. I've stayed here during several different periods while traveling for work, and each visit has been better than the last. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. From my first moment at the front desk, the caring, professional, welcoming staff made me feel at home. One of the best hotels I've stayed at for work. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Highly recommended.
