The staff are welcoming and helpful every time I visit, and I’ve stayed here several times. Usually the place is clean and everything works well. On my July visit, the room seemed too large for the air vent to cool properly, though it wasn’t unbearable. We also found two very large cockroaches and had to kill them, which was unpleasant.

There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and the location worked perfectly for me. The staff were great, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. I’d happily come back and see more of the city.

My husband and I had a really nice stay. The room had a kitchen, and there were grocery stores nearby so we could cook. The atmosphere was lovely.

I was completely satisfied and would come back here when I need a place to stay. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are clean, and the kitchenette comes with kitchenware. It isn’t especially secluded, but it was surprisingly quiet apart from the occasional distant siren or revving engine. I didn’t see any homeless people or suspicious activity nearby. The front desk staff were some of the best I’ve dealt with: friendly, helpful, and willing to do what they could to make things right. I had to extend my stay twice on checkout day, and they made it easy.

My husband and I have tried several extended stay suite hotels, and this one has been the best. The room was clean and had dishes, pots, and pans. The staff were wonderful, got to know us, and took care of whatever we needed right away.
