I’ll be staying here for a long time, and I’m glad the experience has been so good. The breakfast has several choices. Curtis in sales and Shawna at check-in gave amazing customer service and were so friendly.

The rooms were missing silverware and other useful items, and the bike in the gym has been broken for more than six weeks. The basketball hoop has been busted even longer. There’s a daily reminder to refill the gym’s water bottle, but IHG’s upgrade and welcome gift policies weren’t followed. Staff need to focus more on guests and be more customer friendly instead of making things convenient for themselves. Several guests have complained about this. All around, a subpar experience. I would not recommend it.

The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean and smelled really good. This was a nice place. I’d like to see biscuits and gravy offered on weekends at breakfast.

The front desk clerks charge the pet fee per pet, even though the hotel’s policy plainly says it’s per stay. Be careful about this when booking, because I found the practice deceptive.

A little dated, but quiet and comfortable. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and having a full-size fridge is always a plus.
