Harbourtown Suites

There was no view, but the condo was in a perfect spot. The place was huge, spotless, and decorated perfectly. We loved how well stocked it was for making a big dinner and cocktails. The beds were comfortable, and there were three nice bathrooms, including one with a gorgeous tub. It was confusing to figure out the entrance and elevator, and there was no receptionist. That made things difficult for me as a senior.

I chose Harbourtown Suites for my daughter's wedding stay because they let me bring the dogs, and it was a little less expensive than the hotel. Most guests stayed at the 1620 Hotel, where the wedding was held on Saturday 10/14. The suite was exquisite, the location amazing, and the stay was nothing short of perfect. Staff answered my questions and concerns so quickly, usually within 30 minutes or less. I'd recommend this place without hesitation. Five stars across the board, and thank you for such a great stay!

The key code failed when we arrived at 2:00am, leaving us locked out with nobody available to help. We had to spend that first night at a hotel down the street. Harbourtown offered to reimburse us, which was great, but the credit went to someone else's card. I know mistakes happen. We still haven't been paid back. The owner or manager seemed new to running a company, with an obvious lack of professionalism and business knowledge when he couldn't understand the credit mistake. His snarky, defensive manner and reservations about simply writing me a reimbursement check made that clear. The condo wasn't luxurious by any stretch, and the building reeked of Dollar store cleaning solution. We had to hold our breath and hurry through the stairs to avoid respiratory problems and migraines. I recommend staying somewhere else. We were treated very well at the Holiday Inn, where housekeeping and an impressive free breakfast were provided. Those are things you won't get at Harbourtown's so-called “luxury” condo.

Amazing rooms in a stunning location. This was the first stop on my Mass tour, and what a start. It was very comfortable and clean, and the view was lovely. Plus, bunnies!! 😍
