I wouldn't recommend this motel. There are lots of bugs, and you have to get your own towels, soap and shampoo. The owner is poor management and not nice. It cost 90 dollars, and he makes up his own prices. The price changes almost every day. They only change the sheets once a week, not every day, and the bathroom curtain is always dirty.

The owner is very disrespectful, and there are lots of bugs in the rooms. He'll also take money from your card without you knowing, so use cash if you can.

Some rooms are nice, but others need more attention. I had to clean mine before bringing my things in. There was hair in the tub and on the shower walls, dirty bathroom floors, and hair all over the mattress cover. The air conditioner was filthy, and I spent over $20 on air fresheners trying to get the smoke smell out. There was no iron or hair dryer in the room.

The room was okay. Some linens needed replacing, but they took care of it quickly.

I liked everything about the hotel. Hurricane Helene had left almost all the hotel rooms in Charlotte booked, so I was glad to get the last available room. It was a “smoking” room, and I don't smoke, but they must clean it really well because I didn't notice any smoke smell. I would've liked a small refrigerator, but bottled water was all I drank, so it was fine.
