We had trouble with one of the front desk employees, but DM Donna sorted it out and apologized for the employee. She even helped me print a document and made sure it came out right. What a great DM and employee, Quality Inn is lucky to have her. Our room was a little small, though comfortable, updated, and very clean. The hotel itself was quiet and clean, with easy access. Donna made our night in Pocatello even better.

I asked for a receipt when I checked out, but they couldn't provide one and said I had to get it from the third party. I still don't have it. Breakfast was overcooked and there were no potatoes. I'm really disappointed by the decline at this Quality Inn in Pocatello north, and will have to think hard about staying there again.

After four days on the road and a horrible stay at a Quality Inn in St. Joseph, MO, this Pocatello location was a welcome surprise. Check-in and checkout were easy, the beds were comfortable, and both the room and hotel were clean. The hot breakfast was very good. I thanked the woman who prepared it because she kept everything stocked all morning. I'd definitely recommend this Quality Inn in Pocatello.

The place was utterly disgusting. Our room and sheets were dirty, it was cold, and there was no elevator. For two weeks the coffee was strong and cold, and we were told not to take more than one cookie at night. We couldn't even eat the breakfast. The staff were rude, and I'll never come back or recommend it to any friends.

The rooms were gross, the carpet needs a cleaner ASAP, and the TV was tiny. After booking online with superdotcom, I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes because the IATA number apparently didn't work. Breakfast turned out gross too. Stay at the Super 8 across the street.
