Another casino is only minutes away, so I won't be going back. I was doing well on a slot when someone noticed and sent a worker over to “stock the paper.” After that, it never hit again. Oddly, it was the only machine she needed to open and restock. In my opinion, these guys are crooks!

Bryan and Dylan Pickles at the players club desk were so friendly and helpful. They explained the games and promotions and even gave us complimentary t-shirts. The casino itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere and a wide choice of slots and table games. Free cokes and coffees, too, and the alcohol prices were great. Thanks, Choctaw, for a wonderful experience!

The hotel has decent rooms and service, though it's pretty pricey. We sometimes stop at the main restaurant just for lunch, since the food is quite good. At the casino, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is fairly clean. Slot wins seem very, very slim to me. You might get a small win of a couple hundred bucks or less now and then. I like the Sunday drawings and free gifts, depending on how much you play. It's a typical casino, so don't expect to win much, if anything.

Trey made our last-minute hotel check-in a great experience, from taking my call to welcoming me in the lobby. Later, housekeeping had closed early when I needed help, but Trey went out of his way to come to my room himself and give the bathtub an extra deep cleaning. We appreciated everything you did for our family. Ten stars for your work, Trey, and thank you to Xander as well for the world-class hospitality!

There were lots of machines, and the floor was a lot of fun. The bartenders were great and the music was fantastic. I came to relax and enjoy my night, and that's exactly what I did.
