The rooms were awesome and super clean, with a great back patio and firepit. But after a bad day, this stay turned into a bad experience. The casino is no longer open here, even though they say on the phone that it is. A new one has been built miles away. I asked an attendant passing by the firepit if he could turn it on, and he said no, it wasn't his job. I called the lobby several times, but got redirected each time and nobody answered, only their sales department. I paid $230 for one night away and felt shafted.
The room was mediocre, and the place felt poorly maintained. Even the roof shingles don't match, and the pool is outdated. Nobody on the website or among the staff I spoke with by phone told me the casino was closed for construction. The coffee by the front desk was the second worst I've had, and it seemed like it had been sitting since the day before. The coffee stand downstairs was even worse, absolutely disgusting. They also raised room prices for teachers' conferences, which is inconsiderate when teachers don't earn much and pay for many classroom needs themselves. This was the worst hotel casino resort we've stayed at. I'd strongly recommend staying elsewhere, and I won't be back.
We enjoyed having coffee on the private porch in the morning, with the lake scenery all around us. The patio door opened onto those beautiful surroundings, and the lake views were unforgettable. The spacious room and large, clean bathroom exceeded our expectations. Service was outstanding and prices were competitive. The casino, indoor dining, pool, and jacuzzi with lake views added to the stay. We highly recommend the hotel and hope to return.
We only stopped in to visit the casino and didn't stay overnight. The drive there had a beautiful view, and the staff were friendly, but the casino was small and the machines seemed pretty tight. It felt more like a bar with a few machines than a traditional casino. Looking back, I would've rather played at one of the other casinos around Missoula.
For nighttime fun, there's a top notch bar and casino at the resort. The rooms are beautiful, with balconies overlooking Flathead Lake and the boat dock, and the lake views in the morning are lovely. Highly recommend.
