Inga, Diane, Tommy, and Kaylia made my stay memorable, and I'll definitely return to this Home2 Suites. Inga and Diane welcomed me with real care, handled check-in smoothly, and went out of their way to make sure I felt looked after. Tommy was friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything, and you could tell he takes pride in his work. Kaylia brought a lot of positive energy and kindness, with top-tier service. The rooms were spotless, the atmosphere peaceful, and the team worked together seamlessly. The property was clean, modern, and comfortable, and this was one of the best hotel stays I've had. You can tell they value excellence and guest satisfaction. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pompano Beach.

I really enjoyed the pool area during my recent stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax after a long day and have a delicious drink. It was cold out, but we still had a great time, and the staff gave us some good local recommendations. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room felt small for two people and had minimal amenities, though that's the kind of hotel this is. The ocean view from the balcony was great, and we could hear music from the local bar. The rooftop bar is a nice bonus, with cool seating areas up there. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the beach and trails. The staff were super, especially Miss Stephanie and Diane, who were helpful, courteous, and made sure all our needs were met.

The location was great and close to everything, and the room was clean. But they charged my card for alcohol even though we never went to the bar. When I raised it with the manager, she said she didn't have time to look into it then and would try to get our money back sometime that week. She keeps brushing off our concerns. I assume someone gave our room number without having to show ID or otherwise verify it.

On 3/4/26 I was in the Ft. Lauderdale area and tried to get a room at another hotel. The service there was horrible, and the room that should've been booked wasn't. I ended up at TRU by Hilton, where Stephanie helped us with our reservation and room. Her service was unbelievably good and saved the day. It was my birthday, though she didn't know that. She was going above and beyond and deserves a commendation. Thank you, Stephanie. King
