Getting to the beach from here was very convenient. We rented apartment 10, a two-bedroom unit, but its only bathroom could be reached only through the master bedroom. So all week we had to leave that bedroom door unlocked at night for our friends in the other room to use the bathroom. That awkward layout really should have been disclosed. Our patio had no outdoor furniture, and there was no dishwasher.

We were meant to spend three nights at RA suites in apartment 5, but left after just one because the room had a cockroach infestation. At 8 AM, we called the answering service, explained the problem, and said we were packing up and leaving right away. They said management would contact us, but nobody did. Instead, they texted to offer bug spray. I called several times to speak with management about getting a refund, and they refused to call me back. After I reported them to Expedia, they gave us a 25% refund. That’s ridiculous when the room’s condition was beyond our control. I can’t understand how the travel sites have such good reviews. Don’t stay here, it was a real nightmare.

It’s such a cute, clean, organized place. The kitchen had lots of cookware and all kinds of basics, including dinnerware, glasses, mugs, utensils, a coffee maker, microwave, and blender. They offer some other amenities too. There was a TV in every room, which was a nice touch and something not many places provide. I’d absolutely love to stay here again.

Using one toilet and shower among five people was extremely difficult. We had two families and I’d specifically asked whether there was a second bathroom. They told me there were two, but when we arrived, there was only one. They didn’t offer us another two- or three-bedroom place with two bathrooms or a discount. The staff were dishonest and the customer service was very disappointing. I spent several days explaining what had happened, and when I asked about getting access to another toilet, they offered to bring more toilet paper instead. Very bad service, they couldn’t make the customer happy.
