They refused to refund me even though there were bed bugs. I have photos showing bedbug excrement on the bedding.

The sheets were stained, the shower still had someone else’s hair in it, and the room smelled like cigarettes despite the no-smoking rule. When we arrived, staff stood in the halls watching what we did, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. I asked politely for two more pillows since we had six people and only four pillows. The front desk man said the laundry was closed because it was late, then asked why I hadn’t requested more the night before. I told him we’d made do then and were asking now. We’d been out visiting family we hadn’t seen in years. I’m grateful we had somewhere to sleep, but the experience was rough.

Truck parking was a real help, and I’m thankful they had it. The room was clean, the heater worked, and the staff were nice. No complaints, I slept well and got a good rest. A++++++

The staff were really helpful, and the room was very clean. Good location too. I’d stay here again.
