Aloft Savannah Airport

Sheena at the front desk saved us some stress before our early flight. The shuttle situation was confusing, so she went out of her way to arrange an Uber for us. We appreciated that a lot. We only stayed briefly at the Aloft Savannah Airport, but the room was nice, the staff friendly, and I loved the DryBar bathroom products. We’ll be back.

We keep coming back to the Aloft in Savannah, especially because Wilbur is so thoughtful with my family and remembers us every time. He really goes out of his way to help. The hotel’s location is handy for shopping, restaurants, and the airport, and the lobby looks good. Our rooms have always been clean and up to date.

The staff were fantastic and always willing to help. The rooms, though, were so loud that I could hear the person next door having a whole conversation. That was a huge disappointment during my couple of nights here on a business trip.

We thought we’d found a dependable place near downtown Savannah, close to shops and restaurants, since we visit the area often. Sadly, we won’t be coming back. Check-in had started off nicely, with friendly, engaging service, and our third-floor accessible room was fine. But around midnight, heavy footsteps and banging from upstairs went on for about 15 minutes. I called the front desk several times from the room with no answer. When I finally got through on my cell, the woman sounded irritated and said she was busy. She said she’d look into it, but the noise started again five minutes later.
