My family booked two rooms for a holiday, as many of my relatives stay here. The sheets were dirty when we arrived, though staff changed them quickly. We put up the do not disturb sign and left briefly, but staff went into our rooms. I’d just bought snacks and left them on the dresser, and they were missing. The receptionist was disrespectful and hung up when I asked for a manager. I called several times before someone answered. That person admitted going into my room but said nothing was taken. The next day, a manager told me the cameras showed nobody had entered. The items were under $30, but I feel they lied. I wouldn’t return or recommend it. 2-6-26, thank you for responding. I never said which holiday it was. One of your workers admitted entering my room while our do not disturb sign was up, and knew exactly when we left and returned. The cameras would show that, and the phone log would show how many times your workers hung up on me. I don’t usually leave negative reviews because sometimes things happen. But repeatedly claiming the cameras were reviewed and no one entered, without knowing which holiday stay this was, is really questionable. When I asked for corporate’s number, they hung up and disregarded me. Thank you for your response.

I’ve stayed here several times, but the last two stays were the worst. The rooms aren’t the cleanest and don’t smell great, though I suppose that’s what you expect for the price. On my recent stay, I couldn’t get hot water after work. I told the front desk, and the first day they said I should have mentioned it at check-in. They eventually moved me, but the new room had the same problem. The stay before that, I checked out early with four days left and was told I’d get a refund for the unused days. I only got two days refunded. On the last visit, I had three days left and got just $80 back. I won’t stay here again or recommend the place to anyone.

It was in my price range and close to where I needed to spend the weekend, but I wasn’t impressed. When we arrived, the owners were standing outside and barely acknowledged me. I went to the small window inside, and she told me to go in. At the desk, the girl was on her personal laptop and took a minute or so to notice me. Check-in itself was fine, but she wasn’t friendly and I never saw her smile. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it. I hadn’t asked for a non-smoking room, but nobody said it was a smoking room either. They said they served breakfast, but what we found was three slices of bread, one tiny muffin, one oatmeal pie, waffle mix, two kinds of juice that were almost gone, milk, and coffee. Hardly a breakfast. I went back to my room to get ready for the day. That evening, I asked if they had a printer for guests or could print one page for me. He stared at me for a moment, then said no. I went to Office Depot instead. I know that part’s not really their problem, but c’mon. We also asked for extra washrags since there was only one for four of us. They gave us a hand towel, so we had to ask again. Then they asked how many we had in the room. ONE!! Just one!! I’m not usually a complainer, and maybe I caught them on a bad weekend. I hope so. But the staff didn’t seem accommodating or like they wanted to be. I felt like an inconvenience just for being there, and like guests get the bare minimum. A little friendliness and willingness to help can go a long way. I should’ve checked the reviews first, that was my fail.

I’ve stayed there countless times, but last night there was a live roach in the room. Also, the cleaning ladies take it upon themselves to walk in without warning every time you stay. I’d just woken up when someone opened the door around 10:20. As soon as I said hey, the door slammed shut. I opened it again, and the cleaning lady was hurrying away as fast as she could. There’s zero privacy, and it’s disrespectful.
