Stay Inn

A bedbug turned up within a minute of us entering the room. Behind the headboard there was an open electrical hole with wires sticking out. It looked extremely suspicious, a safety concern and possibly a place to hide a camera. I went straight to the lobby, where a woman promised the owner would refund us, but now they're refusing. I'll report the place to the health department. I feel for anyone who stayed here without knowing, since they may be spreading bedbugs around. This place is disgusting.

The manager was very helpful, and the rooms were clean.

We were moved after our first room turned out to be dirty, even though a staff member had checked it and said it was fine. It looked like the room hadn't even been vacuumed. Both beds had broken springs and were really uncomfortable. Only one bulb worked in the vanity light above the bathroom sink, and the curtains wouldn't fully close unless we held them with chairs. If they can't take care of those basic things, how clean can the place really be? Never again.

The room had cockroaches, so that was the end of it for me. Before the stay, they'd canceled our reservation, saying it auto-canceled because the credit card was invalid. But this was made in July, and I'd already spoken with someone who told me not to worry because they don't take card details over the phone. Then they canceled the king jacuzzi room and promised us a queen instead, but gave us a double twin room for just $10 less than the jacuzzi room would've cost. Never again, and I'll tell people not to stay here.
