The view was hard to beat, and I was here for a work conference where the food was very good. It’s close to downtown with plenty of parking. The rooms are a little dated, but they were clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was low, though tolerable. Service was amazing: the front desk staff were accommodating and friendly whenever I passed by. I used a digital key card, so I didn’t interact with them much.

Our five-day work summit for more than 40 people went really well, thanks in large part to the service and staff here. Every attendee felt the care and quick response whenever a small issue came up. The team organizing the event keeps hearing positive feedback about the staff, food, and hotel comfort. Restaurant workers, lobby staff, cleaning crew, everyone showed up 100%. We’ll definitely keep this hotel in mind for future events. Thanks from the HNB crew!

The waterfront park in front of the hotel was lovely for a scenic walk. We had a peaceful, quiet night, and the room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The hotel is older but well maintained. Staff were very pleasant. The indoor pool is huge, and the hot tub was great. Even in late November, the pool was really warm. The gym was above average too. Best place to stay in the area by far!

We loved unwinding on the balcony and watching the freighters go by. It was such a peaceful, unusual experience. The cookies were a delicious surprise, seriously amazing, and every staff member we met was warm, professional, and welcoming. Room service was excellent too. From the moment we arrived this past Saturday, everything was better than expected. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Samantha at the front desk helped me arrange a small group of rooms for a funeral, and I really want to recognize her. I hadn’t visited the hotel myself, so I hoped the rooms would be nice and the family’s check-in would go smoothly. Everyone who stayed said it was great, and the location worked perfectly for their needs. It couldn’t have gone better. Thank you!
