Quality Inn & Suites Portage Central

I’ve stayed at the quality inn off and on over the past few months, and the rooms have been large and clean. The staff have always been professional and courteous. Miss deanna and miss Nikki are totally awesome. Every time I’ve stayed, they’ve gone out of their way to make us comfortable and make sure we’ll come back when we’re in the area. Everyone, from management to housekeeping, made us feel welcome and at home. Our family was going through a really hard time and had little besides hope when we first arrived. We couldn’t believe how understanding and welcoming everyone was to us and our 2 fur babies. After a couple of days, it was clear that the staff made guests feel like family, and that they seemed like a family themselves. This was by far the best stay I’ve had anywhere.

We’ve stayed here a few times, and it’s been top notch every visit. The place is super clean, and the new management and staff are professional, helpful, and amazing. The remodeling looks great too. It’s a nice, quiet spot to get away.

My sister and I are back home in Alabama now, and I still can’t say enough about this awesome staff. I believe in using people’s names, so thank you, Tabby, Joey, Doug, Nikki, Char, and Ashley. Your kindness and generosity turned around what started as a disastrous trip. Every time we left or came back, you welcomed us with big smiles and even bigger personalities. You helped my sister while I was away, and that meant so much to me. You took care of every detail and helped with anything we needed. You’re a small but mighty team, and I’m sure I know where I’ll stay when I need a little break and come Home 🥰🥰
