Comfort Suites Portland Airport

The room was clean, updated, and had plenty of pillows, and every staff member was super friendly. The indoor pool area didn’t get hot and humid like most enclosed pools, and the hot tub was perfect. Breakfast was great, with cheese omelets, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and lots more. They even had flavored coffee creamer, which matters a lot to me. I’d definitely stay here again!

I’d booked through booking. com to bring my mom to Portland for scheduled surgery, but the surgery was canceled after we arrived and the cancellation deadline had passed. Chris at the Comfort Inn ans Suites, Portland helped me cancel without an extra cost and went out of his way to make arrangements. He was very helpful and accommodating. The room is spacious and clean. I’m looking forward to the complementary breakfast tomorrow, and I plan to use the hot tub tonight. I’ll definitely come back.

In September 2025 we stayed at this chain hotel about 2.6 miles from PDX. The rooms were clean, spacious, and mostly quiet, with a TV and refrigerator/freezer but no safe. Parking was ample. The included breakfast was decent, though hotels in Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Turkiye serve quite differently. They offer an airport shuttle, but there wasn’t a driver when we needed one, so they ordered and paid for an Uber both ways, which was a plus. If you’re driving, go around the building to the small shopping center and then take the street to the traffic light. That felt much safer than pulling straight out from the hotel.

We felt comfortable in every way here. The pool and hot tub were clean and sparkling, set in an all-wood area. The place was beautiful, clean, and organized, and the staff were welcoming and attentive to everything we needed. A+!
