A pleasant stay, and I’m very grateful for how they accommodated me and my service dog. The bedrooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking felt secure, with plenty of cameras to protect your vehicle and a security door at the front entrance for your protection. I highly recommend it for rest and comfort.

I stayed for a week with a friend while we had medical appointments. The property felt safe and secure, and noise wasn’t an issue. The hotel and room were nice and clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The free daily breakfast was good and much appreciated.

The shuttle made getting to the airport easy, and MAX is conveniently close too. Staff were wonderful and communicative. Had a lovely time, nicer than most Holiday Inns I’ve been to, and I’d stay again!

I didn’t make it past the front desk. I had to book at the last minute because of personal circumstances. When I walked in, the guy behind the counter was talking with a coworker or maybe a guest. I felt awkward interrupting their conversation, and he didn’t say much after I explained I was checking in with my toddler. Everything else had been paid, but there was a $50 deposit, and I didn’t have a physical card. They couldn’t take my tap-to-pay. I understand that’s on me for assuming they could, even though it’s what most hotels do, and I know the listing said I needed a card. What frustrated me most was the lack of empathy. I was out $200, hoping I might get some of it back in 7 to 21 days, and had to scramble for five hours to find a plan B with my toddler. Even a simple apology would have helped. Instead, I felt unwelcome from the start and got a “nothing i can do” at the end. Next time I throw money away, it’ll be somewhere that can at least pretend they want us there.
