The WiFi kept cutting out, which was the only real downside, and even that wasn't a huge deal. I liked the easy check-in, friendly front desk, comfortable rooms, and convenient location. Onsite parking was a nice bonus too. I'd give it about 4.5 stars and would stay again.

People in the garage parked badly and took up multiple spaces. Still, the room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, and everyone was nice. Great location, though the shower pressure was a little weak.

I was there for a conference, not as a hotel guest. The front desk kindly brought us a power strip for our meeting in the smaller conference room. The main ballroom was a good size and had plenty of seating.

The cold showers were the dealbreaker. We were on the 11th floor and got cold water both mornings. At least the view from up there was beautiful, and there were plenty of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our rate was about $100 a night. The buffet costs $17.50 per person, so it would have felt much better as a free breakfast. The food was average, and my husband got a bite of spoiled instant oats. Kids eat free, which may help if you're traveling with children. Staff in the dining room were talking about customers loudly enough for people at the coffee bar to hear. If you don't have vouchers, the Canopy Hotel breakfast spot is a five-minute walk away, costs about the same, and serves better food that hasn't been sitting out. Parking is $25 per night, but a space isn't guaranteed. The garage is small and badly laid out, with very narrow spots that leave people double parked while trying to get in or out of their cars. We probably wouldn't return, and I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
