I've stayed here several times for a few nights at a time, and it's always been a wonderful experience. The staff are kind and check in on whether things are as expected, making sure the stay is as good as it can be. At the front desk, check-in is easy, and they take my rewards status into account and sort out the available benefits. I genuinely enjoy this hotel and will keep booking here when I'm in Portland. Great staff!

The location was beautiful, and the hot tub was awesome. The staff were absolutely great, especially over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Our ground-floor suite's sliding door didn't really lock, which felt a bit sketchy. There isn't a continental breakfast, but there's a full restaurant open from 6 AM. Two coffees, a cappuccino and an americano, cost $14. I'd stay again for sure.

The rooms are roomier than what you find in many hotels these days, and my kids and I really appreciate that. It's an older hotel, but they've done a great job keeping it updated and pleasant for guests. The customer service is great too, the staff go out of their way to make you feel like a priority. This place never lets us down. Thanks for the experience, we'll be back.

The only little disappointment was getting just one Keurig coffee pod when the other pods were tea. The rest was fantastic. We stayed in a premium riverview king room for my company's holiday party last weekend. LaLa was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. The room was spacious and nicely appointed, with a very comfortable bed and soft, plush linens that made for a great night's sleep. We really enjoyed the stay.

I stay here two or three times a week, and Lala and Teresa have been so helpful with everything I need. Their amazing customer service is why I joined the membership, and I'll keep coming back because of them. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are great.
