The property manager was very responsive, and extending my stay was easy. I just texted her and she handled it. She was also respectful of my privacy. There was a construction inspection during my stay, though, and a group of people came into each unit. They only spent a minute or two in my room, but it felt a little weird. I suggest reading all the fine print on the website before booking. Weekly rates changed by $300 depending on occupancy, from $350 one week when it was low to $660 the next. They also automatically took a $300 deposit from my account without telling me, though they said it would be refunded the day after checkout. That's a lot to tie up and makes budgeting hard. Every room has a decibel meter, and the rules say going above 50db, supposedly below normal conversation level according to Google, can get your contract terminated with no refund. The hotel itself is very nice and upscale, with extended stays available and good security. You need a key for the front door and another to access any floor by elevator. Off-street parking in the onsite garage costs $200 a month, but seemed worth it after someone smashed the windows of my Lincoln Aviator one night while it was parked just around the corner. Street parking is hard to find most nights. There were sketchy homeless people wandering around all night and watching cars, but nobody personally accosted me. My vehicle was broken into while I wasn't there.

Lindsey was really helpful from check-in through checkout, answered my texts and questions promptly, and checked in to make sure things were going well. Getting in was simple, and the room, hallways, and lobby were all in great shape. I had everything I needed in the room and building. I stayed for two weeks, and the location and amenities were great. I'll definitely be back!

The kitchenette was my favorite part, and they also included coffee, cream, sugar, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner at no extra charge. The room felt cozy and was really nice. Manager Lindsey was accommodating and made sure we were okay even while working offsite. I appreciated being allowed to park in the garage. I'd definitely come back for a night or two on a future trip.

It was a very quiet stay, even though our apartment was beside 405, and the daylight was great. The room was basic but had a kitchenette. Parking on the street was limited, so we unloaded our bags, left the car in a paid garage, and walked back. The property warns about noise monitors, but we didn't see any. We'd stay again.
