We were woken around 2 AM by people banging on our window. By then we'd already found roaches in the bed, and the room keys didn't work. When we asked for a replacement, we were told, "no figure it our yourself". We went to ask for a refund after someone had literally broken in, and they refused. My family and I had an awful stay. Worst place I've ever stayed. Don't recommend.

The rooms are modest, but the microwave and fridge both worked. What made the stay for me was the managers. They're friendly, wonderful people and really accommodating. I'd stay here again and again. Thank you.

The neighborhood is quiet, with restaurants, shops, and local transit within walking distance. Rooms are large, with plenty of space, and the weekly price is decent. Rates listed were $300 for one person or $400 for two for a week, and $1200-$1600 monthly. For the rooms, space, amenities, and entertainment, I'd give it about 2 stars, maybe 3 for location. Still, I'd put my overall rating around a low 2, mostly because of the dishonesty and lack of transparency. I saw several cockroaches, and the towels and linen weren't in the best shape. They said there was a charge for towels and rags, which state law prohibits. The deadbolt wasn't aligned, even though it's a basic safety feature. Managers entered rooms at any time, without the notice Oregon law requires. I have video of a manager trespassing in a room and letting other people wander around. They sprayed some kind of chemicals that lingered for days, though Oregon law says a dwelling unit or room must be unoccupied for that. The managers were unprofessional, uncommunicative, and took no responsibility.

I called to ask about bringing my service dog. The guy immediately asked for paperwork. I calmly explained that my dog wears a vest and that he can't legally ask me for paperwork, though he can ask why I need the dog. He freaked out, asked if this was a test, then hung up. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have a service animal or any kind of disability. They won't follow the law or even give you a chance to explain.
