The fish and chips were disappointing. The batter was too crunchy, and it tasted like old oil. We waited a while for the food because our order got mixed up with room service. A small meeting was using the restaurant area, so we were seated in the bar. It was cold enough that I had to keep my coat on.
4/10
The bartender and waiter was pleasant, and the service was good, but the food was gross. The Reubin bites tasted like fried tuna fish. The gouda and lobster mac and cheese was horrendous for $20, and even the chicken tenders and fries were average at best.
4/10
The cold food was the first letdown, and the buffet burners were out too. I had to point that out. Service was awful, with the waitress barely keeping our water filled. The dessert display was unimpressive as well. I brought my family and mom for Thanksgiving dinner, and I can promise I won't be back.
2/10
We were a party of four, and after the waitress/bartender took our order, 15 minutes passed without even getting drinks. She didn't seem busy; we could see her standing there talking to customers. Very bad.
8/10
We liked the food and the prices, and the wait for our meal and service was reasonable. We came back for breakfast the next day!
