The room had a closet, ironing board, mini-fridge, and microwave, and I really liked the full-size shower toiletries in dispensers. It was comfortable, and the view of Cavanal Hill was lovely. The hotel sits right in the middle of town, so getting around only took a few minutes. Breakfast was free from 6-9 am, and the pool was clean and looked well cared for. Staff were friendly, helpful, and had a great attitude. It’s a non-smoking hotel, so smoking means going outside, which helps keep the rooms fresh. I had a great stay and would recommend it.

Breakfast was excellent, except the sausage didn’t seem fully cooked when it was put out on the hot plate. Maybe it wasn’t baked or boiled first, that’s what it looked like to me. I just wish they’d cook it all the way through.

We stay here whenever we’re in Poteau. The rooms are nice, and the complimentary breakfast is very good. Our A/C made a lot of noise when it first started up.

There was a body odor smell in the room, and one of the queen bed sheets had a dried blood spot about the size of a quarter. When I mentioned it, the woman at the front desk seemed to imply I’d caused it, even though I’d only just arrived. I won’t stay at a Best Western again.

The room was very clean and the bed was okay. It was nice, though I’d rather have a room with carpet.
