Joshua at the front desk made my stay. After hours on the road, I called needing help getting a room, and he was patient, professional, and kind. He even stayed beyond the end of his shift to make sure my check-in would go smoothly. The newly opened hotel is spotless and well kept, and it felt like a home away from home. My room and bathroom were spotless too. Breakfast was free, delicious, filling, and had plenty to choose from. Thank you, Joshua, for helping me get a good night's rest. Wonderful stay.

ShaWanda Dominguez at the front desk was welcoming, attentive, and really helpful, which made the visit even nicer. We picked this newly built hotel because it was right off the highway, while on a family road trip to Pigeon Forge. We hadn't planned much, but I'm glad we stopped. We were there for just one night and all of us were comfortable and happy with the stay.

For $135 for one room on a Sunday night, I expected better. We were in town for an OB appointment, and our room, #121, was beside the kitchen. At 515 in the morning, breakfast prep woke us up, and the noise went on all morning. The hotel was half empty, so I don't know why they'd put us there. The bed was hard, maybe an 8 inch skinny mattress, and there were stains under the sheet. The bathroom shower light flickered like a strobe, so we couldn't use it. The shower shelf was slimy with old soap residue, and the thermostat air filter needed changing. At 11 AM, the outdoor trash can by the lobby door was overflowing. Disappointing.

The shower doors don't seem to have been installed right. They won't close all the way to one side, or water leaks through the gap and soaks the tile. The beds aren't great either. The pillows look soft and fluffy, but they're weak and flatten when you lie on them. Still, the hotel is nice and consistently clean, and the staff are always friendly.
