7 Boutique Hotel

I pay $820 a month and had told the manager I didn't need the TV in my room because I already have a bigger one. She got hateful with me over when I brought it up, apparently because it wasn't the afternoon or around 9 o'clock. If she's not out around 8 in the morning or so, she gets harsh with you. A friend told me to report her to corporate. I was on the phone with that friend, who's in law enforcement, and she said the manager shouldn't speak to renters that way, especially people who pay two months in advance.

My pregnant wife took one look and said we couldn't stay there. The room smelled horrible, was disgusting, and had cockroaches everywhere. I also found bedbugs, and the towels were torn and worn out. They refused to refund me. It's cheap for a reason; I'd rather sleep in the woods than in that roach farm.

There weren't towels available for any of the guests, and after a few days of asking for linens and pointing out problems in our room, Aimie @the front counter turned VERY RUDE. She'd seemed great at first. While we were staying there, a young woman O.D, and the room wasn't cleaned at all to the code.

We'd like to stay again on future trips, so I left a note about the issues for the manager. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were spotless with no bugs in the bed. But we did find three roaches and moved our bags back out to the car. In the morning, we noticed black stains on the shower curtain, and although the towels were clean, they were very worn. This was our second stay. The first time had been very nice.
