The people here made our stay fabulous, even compared with places where we've stayed that were five-star properties. The woman at reception was incredibly kind and welcoming, friendlier than at the Ritz, and the lady running the breakfast buffet was just as warm. The buffet itself was the usual fare. We had a super comfortable bed, and the shower temperature and pressure were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to reheat leftovers for lunch before leaving. We'd absolutely stay here again on our next trip. Thank you, Marriott Residence Inn!

Traveling with our dogs was a major bonus, and the kitchenette made the extended stay comfortable and easy. The hotel felt like it had everything we needed. Even with dogs allowed, the rooms and shared spaces were very clean. Eve, Raquel, and Raymond kept the breakfast area, kitchen, and nearby spaces spotless, stocked, and welcoming each morning. They were friendly and professional, and clearly took pride in their work. Raymond also kept the barbecue area and fire pits clean and ready. Teresa and Ashley at the front desk deserve a thank you too. I keep losing my room key, and they were always patient, kind, and quick to help with a smile. The staff made my great stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Prescott, and I'd recommend it to anyone traveling through the Prescott area.

Having a kitchenette was great because we could cook what we liked, especially over Christmas when many places were closed. Our room was spacious, and we enjoyed the heated pool, shallow kids' plunge pool, and two hot tubs. We also grilled brats and butternut squash outside near the pool. It was fun taking our dog out and then spending time at the fire pit with the s'mores kit I bought. Best of all, we could bring both our cat and dog. It was nice meeting other pets and people, and people without pets smiled when they saw our fur babies. I kept thinking, a dog barking isn't any different from a child making loud noises. Breakfast was included and amazing. My husband was delighted and surprised every day to find new items.

The staff at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Prescott, Arizona treated guests with so much respect. Their humility and gratitude showed day after day, and they never changed their conduct. Everyone there gets five stars from me. This was the best place I've ever stayed.
