Hyatt Regency Princeton

The hotel was quiet and had plenty of parking. Staff were great, helpful, and cordial, and the restaurant and lounge area were very nice. My room was pretty good, with a large flat-screen TV and a small mini fridge and coffee maker. The furniture seemed a little dated, the bathroom was small, and the HVAC worked well.

I slept really well every night, the beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the free amenities. It seems like a popular spot for work events, with two or three others going on while we were there. There were several room lock problems among our group, the Wi-Fi was slow and kept dropping, and housekeeping somehow skipped our room on the last night. Food and drink options were expensive, $12 for a beer, so at those prices, just Doordash or Uber to you, or go somewhere else. The event menu also reused the same few ingredients every day. The area isn't very walkable, since everything is at least a mile away, though it's doable.

I've stayed three times now, and the hotel has been consistently excellent, clean, quiet, and conveniently located. I especially enjoyed dining at Laurea. I was thrilled to see Erin again. We first met in September, and running into her today, the day before Thanksgiving, felt like such good luck. Her bright smile, warm manner, and professionalism made our morning special. With service like hers, Laurea is becoming a meaningful place for our family. Thanks again, Erin, for making the stay memorable.

The room was nicely appointed, and the hotel itself is beautiful. I slept well despite the mattress being a little firm. My biggest concern was the shower, which had no handholds and felt scary to use. I also wish there had been a nightstand by my bed. The only one was between the two beds.
