The facility is older, but the rooms were decent and had whatever you might need. The location was good, breakfast offered plenty of choices, and the staff were absolutely the friendliest and hardest-working.

If you’re into marijuana and hanging around with people smoking it, this may be your kind of place. The desk clerk was friendly enough and would smoke with people beside the building. But when we called to ask for a blow dryer, she never answered. The front desk was left completely unattended, and other guests were using the phone and had free access to everything an employee could reach while she was in another room talking.

At check-in, the staff on duty were working out their schedules or tasks while another customer and I waited in line. They also didn’t know which rooms were clean and ready. The room I’d booked wasn’t ready at 5pm, so they put me in a different one. Then my card was charged for both the original room and the replacement. Getting charged twice is ridiculous, and I should’ve been given a discount. I contacted the location three times, but they said they could only see one charge under my name, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The charges are on my billing statement, or I wouldn’t be jumping through hoops to fix this. The credit card company reversed the extra payment, but the hotel keeps trying to run my card for that second charge. They seem determined to get paid twice for the same stay, so I’ll dispute it again. Maybe they’d find the duplicate if they searched by my card number instead of my name.

The location worked well for my delivery stop. I had my dog with me, and the hotel allowed pets for a fee. Our room was clean and smelled nice, and the staff were so polite and welcoming. Breakfast had waffles in regular and strawberry flavors.
