The beach is lovely, with stunning views, and you share the area with the Uber fancy adjacent 1 Hotel. It’s an easy walk over there for a high end meal or drink, which was cool. Getting down to the beach is a short but steep walk, though the golf cart service is great. There are ample tennis and pickle ball courts, and the pool and hot tub are very nice. Our building was closest to the parking lot, but the quickest walk went through the service, garbage can, and storage area. That was a turn off. There were other routes, but they took longer. The location itself is great, quiet, and has a “neighborhood” vibe. The views from the beach are stunning. Rob and the team at The Positive Coffee shop/gift shop were awesome and helpful, and we loved the smashed croissant. Happy Talk had great food and drinks and a lovely singer/dancer. Getting seated and served there was fair to poor, very disorganized and slow, though Wyatt was a good server once things got started. At the new WikiPizza we were seated and ordered drinks quickly, but the drinks never came. Dinner arrived before them, which was annoying. We ordered wings at the pizza place, and they were average at best, but the salad was awesome. A mix of highs and lows. This could be a 5, but a few things need work.
