The room was huge, spotless, and comfortable, and it looked freshly renovated. We could walk straight to the casino floor from the lobby tower. Saturday night there had a fun, lively feel, and I loved the big range of slots. Easy to lose track of time there. My boyfriend and I stayed one night and had a wonderful time. The Club M Welcome Package is a good deal for a new member staying overnight, with $50 in free slot play and more. Valet was quick and complimentary, and although the check-in line was long, it moved fast. We also ate at The Meadows Bar & Grille and really enjoyed the food. Looking forward to coming back.

Mystic is close to home, and there are lots of people who work here that I think are awesome. I've had a few good wins, including a couple of hand pays, and I'll keep coming back. It's a nicer casino than the other Minnesota ones I've been to, with plenty of room, lots of slots, good food, clean rooms, and a great pool. They keep bringing in new slots, too. There's a new bar and club for people interested, and Little Six is right next door. Plenty to do around the area as well. I love my home casino. If you haven't been to Mystic, you're missing out. It's a luxury casino with all the bells and whistles, and you'll enjoy yourself. Come visit and make some great memories. You'll come back!

The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, with really comfortable beds. I've always slept great here. Bathrooms are nice, the showers are stand-up, and I even like that the elevators to the rooms are secure. The casino is great too. It's smoke-free, with lots of machines and tables, plus a few good food options. The bingo hall is big and seems popular.

When I left after the weekend, there was a deep dent in the door of my brand new truck, which had fewer than 500 miles on it. I had parked in the overflow lot because the main lot was full. The dent was from a golf ball. I have photos of the damage and golf balls in the parking lot. If there had been a warning sign, I would have waited for a spot in the main lot. You can't see the driving range from the overflow lot, so be careful parking there. I called security right away, and three officers came out. They all agreed there should be a sign warning about the driving range behind the lot. They gave me Mary Hernandez's card and said, as the general liability administrator, she would take care of it. When I called, she didn't apologize and said they weren't willing to do anything. My mom gambles there often and has a host. He offered to put what sounded like a few hundred dollars on my casino card. I declined and said I wouldn't gamble there again. The damage was around $2,000, so I reported it to my insurance company and got it fixed. To be fair, my mom still goes there monthly, but I won't. Thanks for reading.

I mostly go to Mystic for bingo, and the new hall is great. The pop machine ice is my one complaint. It comes out really slowly, if I can even get it working. The casino is a good distance from the Twin Cities. The upgrades have been excellent so far: the new sports bar is great, and the bingo hall is awesome. They're updating the Club M area now, and I'm sure that'll be just as nice. I haven't tried the Launchpad golfing place, which I've heard is similar to Topgolf, but people have only had good things to say about it. I haven't stayed at the hotel since I live just 20 minutes away.
